About

For 21 years, I have served in a variety of instructional leadership roles where I develop and support the implementation of effective instructional systems. As a teacher, an Instructional Coach, Intervention Specialist, and Dean of Instruction for various Title 1 schools, I have served students and staff in a wide range of educational settings.

From the beginning, I believed that both teachers and students alike should enjoy the journey of learning. Therefore, I committed myself to working collaboratively with teachers sharing effective, research-based strategies to create learning environments for ALL students that foster critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity through a variety of academic experiences. This belief continues to fuel my work within the the ever-changing profession by helping to create educational opportunities relevant to the world in which we live.

Life-Long Learners

We partner with churches and other non-profit organizations interested in starting reading programs for the children within their organization. Through this partnership, organizations receive a comprehensive plan including "taylor-ed" instructional resources and strategies for implementation.
